Ever wanted to date someone as good looking as a Hollywood A-lister? The good news is, now you can.

Dating app Badoo, who has over 350 million users worldwide, has integrated facial recognition technology into its platform meaning you can now upload a photo of Bradley Cooper (yes please) and it will scan the users to find out who resembles him the most.

So far the most-searched celebrities in the world are Kim Kardashian-West and Emma Stone with Donald Trump coming in at tenth. We're just going to put that down to people joking around on the app though, right? RIGHT?

The app is also designed to hunt out mere mortals too. If you want to find a tall, dark, handsome (non-famous) suitor the app will return the best lookalikes to match your type - and don't think you'll be left out. If you want to be able to show up in search, you can upload your own selfie so that facial recognition will be able to find you if you match a description. Who knows maybe you really do look like Bella Hadid...

Speaking to the BBC, Miles Norris, vice president of product at Badoo, revealed that the app will reveal results that are geographically closer to you but won't rule out showing lookalikes that may be thousands of miles away.

If a Cooper dopplegänger turned up in Taiwan, would you fly out?
