If you were hoping to see Cameron Diaz in another film anytime soon, we have some bad news - it looks like the actress has called time on her acting career.
The 45-year-old has a career spanning two decades with some of her biggest hits including The Mask, There's Something About Mary, My Best Friend's Wedding, Charlie's Angels, The Holiday and Shrek, but it seems she's had enough of the big screen.
According to her pal Selma Blair who Cameron starred in The Sweetest Thing with in 2002, she's just taking it easy and enjoying life.
"I had lunch with Cameron the other day. We were reminiscing about the film. I would have liked to do a sequel but Cameron's retired from acting. She's like 'I'm done'.
"I mean, she doesn't need to make any more films. She has a pretty great life, I don't know what it would take to bring her back. She's happy."[ id="Bfz27nWAHvZ"]
So what's she doing with all her spare time? Reports suggest she's happy hanging out with her hubby, Good Charlotte frontman Benji Madden, and of course she's the author of two books - The Longevity Book: The Science of Aging, the Biology of Strength, and the Privilege of Time and The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body.
We think she deserves some TLC, to be honest.
Cameron has yet to deny or confirm Selma's comments, but given that her last film was in 2014 and according to IMDB there are no upcoming projects, she doesn't seem to be in any rush.
