Balayage and ombre have been owning the hairstyle trend spotlight since 2015, it's been years and we literally can't get enough of it. May that be because of it's chic French appeal or the soft results, balayage is not going anywhere - but it is branching out.
Say hello to fallayage!
Much similar to the popular balayage, fallayage gained popularity in 2017 and is also done freehand as opposed to foils, the difference between the two trends is in the colour. Fallayage incorporates autumnal hues to warm up your own hair colour, such as auburn, golden browns and even copper and we think it's perfect for the transition into spring.
Brunettes are particularly loving this technique that just seems perfect for the colder months. As for the blondes out there, we would recommend trying the trend with sand, strawberry blonde and honey shades.
