This year, much-loved hair brand ghd is teaming up with on an amazing campaign which allows you to donate chopped-off hair.
makes real hair wigs for children who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other illnesses. They have given away 5000 real hair wigs for free since their creation. The Trust's campaign with ghd is encouraging people to have their hair 'chopped to their chin' in order to donate their cut-off locks.
The charity will accept any hair 7 inches or longer, and the initiative will run from August to October, with 21 September as the day when participating salons will be offering complimentary cuts to 'chop to your chin' and donate.
