London is home to one of the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities in the world and to one of the biggest - and oldest - Pride celebrations.
London celebrated its first Pride in 1972 when 2000 people attended. Fast forward to last year, one millions people turned out. Pretty amazing, huh?
The festival is on until Sunday 9 July 2017 and it aims to give every part of the LGBT community a platform to raise awareness of the LGBT issues and to campaign for the equality that every individual deserves.
