The countdown is on to the TV show that will make us laugh, cry and sabotage our social lives. That's right, people, Love Island 2018 is merely weeks away.

While we're yet to get wind of any contestants, a sneak peek inside the villa or Caroline Flack's iconic 'I'm coming to evict an Islander' strut, GLAMOUR can bring you a first look at the beauty trend set to dominate the villa this summer.

Rimmel London are this year's makeup partner for the fourth series of the hit ITV2 programme and have created new transfer tattoodesigns exclusive to Superdrug that all the islanders will be donning by the pool this summer.

The temporary tattoo design sheets come in gold, silver and black; one pack has alphabet letters and the other features ornate patterns, hearts, palm trees and pineapples - fun!

Speaking about the trend - and why we're all going to be catching on - James Molloy, Rimmel Global Make Up Artist, told us: ‘Take makeup accessories to the next level with the Rimmel Love Island Temporary Tattoos. Capture that summer festival feeling without having to worry about smudging or fading. Wear them stacked over your hands, body and face for a take on the multi layered fine jewellery trend, they give a cooler more low key vibe."

The £7.99 transfer tattoos will be hitting shelves on May 23 and we predict a sell-out. Talk about sticking it on (see what we did there?).

Until we know more about the much-anticipated show, here's everything we know about Love Island 2018 so far and some top tips on how to get a last-minute place on the summer show we can't stop talking about.
