Glamour Beauty Festival speaker is a lifestyle YouTube sensation with over 1.7 million subscribers to prove it (and a further 1.8 million on Instagram).
When she embraced a plant-based diet two years ago, and subsequently started developing and sharing her recipes online, her devoted audience immediately started calling for her to create a cookbook. And last September, their wish finally came true when Niomi released her debut cookbook, Eat Smart.
GLAMOUR's Associate Editor, caught up with the 24-year-old vlogger at her West London pad ahead of next weekend's Beauty Festival (where she'll be discussing Desert Island Beauty with Frankie Bridge and fashion bloggers InTheFrow and Samantha Maria)to cook up one of her delicious recipes.

Although she doesn't eat meat, fish, dairy or eggs Niomi maintains that her recipes are ones that everyone can enjoy - even the most ardent of carnivores.
"Healthy food doesn't have to be dull and boring and hopefully my recipes prove that. Even the biggest meat and dairy fans will love them," she said.
And to make it even more appealing, a new study has found that healthy food is cheaper than junk food -Yep, it blew our minds too...
