It's so simple.

In a dream world, we'd wake up with the hair of a Victoria's Secret model every single day. While we're sadly not blessed with an A-list hairdresser to create the Angel's coveted tousled waves for us, we've enlisted a celebrity hair stylist to teach us exactly how to get the look in our bedrooms in just a few simple steps.

In celebration of VS Angel, Stella Maxwell, as GLAMOUR's November digital cover star, we've picked the brains of a man who knows his way round a perfectly, bouncy blow dry, Kris Barnes from Larry King, who gave GLAMOUR's Jenna Rak an angel makeover to show off his handiwork.

Use Kris's genius tips and the informative video tutorial below and the street will be your catwalk; wings not essential.

Step 1: The first step is to rough dry your barnet using a towel before prepping your ends with Larry King volume mist to add a base level of volume.

Step 2: Kris' next instruction is to ensure hair is totally and utterly dry before you add the heat from your tongs to avoid any potential damage.

Step 3: Once your hair is dry, use your heated tongs and run them along the lengths of your hair before curling to smoothen out any kinks.

Step 4: To perfectly frame your face, make sure that you direct the hair away from your it when using the tongs through from the hairline.

Step 5: Kris suggests then using the tongs in alternate directions to add extra oomph and volume to your waves.

Step 6: To really achieve that sassy beach tousled look, make sure that you shake out and break up your newly tonged curls. Kris recommend Larry King A Social Life Hair Product, which guarantees maximum volume.

Step 7: Finally, slick on your boldest lipstick and get ready to strut.
