Do not panic.
That's exactly what was made to fix. It's had hundreds and hundreds of five-star reviews online, with grateful fans calling it "magical". Apparently it will remove a blotchy, streaky fake tan in minutes.
Best of all, it's currently on sale at Boots for £7.49, down from £14.99. A bargain and a miracle.
One user has called it "the best product I have ever used for removing tan.” Another cheerily wrote: "Goodbye to that day in between reapplying tan where you have to be pale to allow your skin to recover from all the scrubbing!"
“Does exactly what it says it does!" says another ecstatic user. "Removes fake tan in minutes, don't know how I coped without this!”
“This works like a dream," wrote another satisfied, streak-free customer.
The makers of this product describe it like this: “Unique cleansing formula that works in just five minutes. Developed with innovative technology and soothing Aloe, the Tan Eraser transforms into a luxurious foam and delivers a gentle exfoliating action to prepare skin for a fresh, flawless layer of fake tan.”
To get rid of a streaky tan, just apply the foam to dry skin after at least 3 days of applying self tan. Pump the foam applicator and apply liberally to the skin. Leave for at least 5 minutes. Shower with warm water using a wet face cloth to wipe away the tan. For more stubborn areas or dry skin, use an exfoliating mitt to gently remove the tan.
And voila, just like that, you're back to perfection.
